Terri and Patrick | Almost Parents.

Here is a Sneak-Peek from Terri and Patrick’s “Maternity” session. I was very excited when I talked to Terri about these ahead of time, because a) these were not going to be the “normal” maternity pictures in a studio, and b) they wanted them to be the same feel as Engagement Portraits, except that they are husband-and-wife-about-to-have-their-first-baby pictures instead. Which was just my style.

From now on, I am always going to recommend that we do our Maternity Sessions this way. Capturing the love that Terri and Patrick have for each other before the baby’s birth, for the new baby right after her birth, and for the new family of three and the way their love has grown a few months later. Followed by, of course, the One-Year Session. But let’s not get ahead of ourselves…

Because this is how they are, here and now.

After all of this preparation, Gwen is almost here! We are so excited to meet her VERY soon, and we can’t wait to photograph her pretty little baby face! Congratulations, Terri and Patrick! XOXO, Lauren and Will

Patrick you are wonderful to my niece. The love you show her and the love you will have for Gwen is plain for all to see. I think a “daddys girl” is in the making. Congrats to you both. Love, Nina

Britany - Totally agree - THIS is how maternity pics should be done especially when the mom is so pretty!
